Topic: Vista Antivirus
Of course, since Windows released the Vista Operating System, the creators of the XP Antivirus have created a corresponding virus: the Vista Antivirus.
Don’t be fooled. Its name may be different than the others, but it’s still the same type of virus. Windows doesn’t let you know that you’re infected with anything. It will not offer you an antivirus program out of the blue, nor direct you to a non-Windows page to get it. It also would not charge you for it, whether you’re running Vista or XP. Microsoft only has the Malware Removal Tool in its systems. The problem is that it rarely works anymore.
You need to get a quality antivirus program to deal with this problem. It’s always best to be prepared, rather than fix it later, so the time is now. Don’t settle on just any antivirus program, either. You need one that can fix these fraudware programs no matter how they attack you. They’ll get you in different ways, so it just makes sense to have a program that attacks them in different ways.
