AlphaAntivirus - Another Rogue Not to Be Trusted
Now Playing: AlphaAntivirus
Topic: spyware
AlphaAntivirus is a misleading anti-virus program that intends to fool the user into thinking their PC is infected with spyware and other parasites.  This one, like other rogue security programs, uses aggressive security warnings and advertising to frighten the user, so that they will download the scan that is offered.  Doing this may just install AlphaAntivirus on your PC, which is exactly what you do not want to do.  This stuff is badware!

Other ways that AlphaAntivirus may become installed on your PC is from visiting unknown websites that may not be secure, downloading files and links in spam emails.  There are other ways you could become a victim, but these are very common.  Usually, the user has no idea when this happens, and begins to realize there is a problem shortly thereafter.  When your PC becomes slow or unstable, you see pop-up ads every time you try to do anything at all, or your home page mysteriously changes, beware.

AlphaAntivirus and most other rogue security programs hope to get you to download the scan they offer, so that they can display the supposedly infected files on your PC.  These results are either fake or harmless files, but the user often does not know this and falls for the bait.  They purchase the product, which has no ability to scan, detect or remove anything at all.  Malicious people create these software programs to make money at others expense.

On the other side of the coin, AlphaAntivirus can disrupt your online activities.  Since it runs constantly in the background every time your PC starts up, it uses a good deal of system resources.  This makes your computer slow, and may also cause it to become unstable.  Spyware tracks what you do when you are online, and may also access your private information such as passwords and business accounts.  The longer it resides, the worse it gets.  When you have an idea that AlphaAntivirus is there, get rid of it.  That being said, please don't try to do this yourself!  It is not easy, and may cause damage to your computer when not done right.

Are you afraid that AlphaAntivirus may have been placed on your PC?  Click here now for a free scan with Spyzooka, the only antispyware tool that guarantees 100% removal of all infections, trojans, spyware and other parasites, leaving you with total security once again.
