How I Fell for the Internet Antivirus Pro Scam

Have you ever done something that you thought was a good idea, only to find out later that it was a terrible decision? I know I have. One of my most recent bad decisions involved a program called Internet Antivirus Pro. I tried to take my computer’s health very seriously and wound up causing more harm than good. I learned a valuable lesson though, and hopefully, you can learn from my mistake as well.

As I was surfing the web one night, I came across a website that had advertisements for Internet Antivirus Pro. I had never heard of the program before, but as I thought about it I realized that I didn’t have an antivirus application on my computer. Well, I didn’t like the idea of having my computer completely unprotected, so I clicked on the ad and soon was in the process of downloading a trial version of Internet Antivirus Pro.

That was probably my first mistake. I didn’t research the product at all but downloaded it anyway. At any rate, after I had Internet Antivirus Pro downloaded and installed, I figured that my computer was protected. Soon enough though, my false sense of security was disrupted by security warnings that were popping up. They advised that I let Internet Antivirus Pro scan my computer to find infections that threatened my computer.

I allowed the scan to be performed and was horrified when the results showed that I had at least a dozen infections. Since I only downloaded the trial version, the program said that I needed to pay in order to register Internet Antivirus Pro and have the threats removed. I was all too eager. However, after I handed out my credit card information, I was disappointed to find my computer running extremely slow. I tried to remove the threats, but no matter how many times I “removed” them, they kept appearing.

To get to the point, I had been scammed. Once I realized this, I began looking for an antispyware program to remove Internet Antivirus Pro. After actually researching products, I decided that SpyZooka as the best antispyware for me. It was the only antispyware that was both guaranteed to remove 100% of spyware and was approved by the Better Business Bureau. After using SpyZooka, Internet Antivirus Pro was gone and a few other threats were removed as well. My computer has been malware free ever since, thanks to SpyZooka.

If you want to have Internet Antivirus Pro removed or find out if there are infections on your computer, then visit www.spyzooka.com. You can get a free computer scan and learn more about why SpyZooka is a quality antispyware.
