Malware Catcher is a Scam, and I Learned that the Hard Way

I have something to admit. I am not a computer genius and I have been guilty of allowing Malware Catcher infect my computer. Not only that, but I fell for its scare tactics and gave it my money. I had no idea that it was a scam, but now I do. I know that kind of makes me look like an idiot, but I like to think that I have learned a lot and have ended up safer from malware than ever before.

I don’t know when Malware Catcher first infected my computer, but I do know when it made its first appearance. I was surfing around on the Internet, looking for some movies to download. As I was searching, a warning appeared on my screen telling me that my computer was infected with malware. It suggested that I allow Malware Catcher to scan my computer to find the threats.

Sadly, I was only too eager to click the “OK” button. A scan screen came up and soon, a list of results appeared. I was very concerned by what I was shown. A hundred thoughts ran through my head and I started to worry that my computer would be reduced to a useless machine. I wanted Malware Catcher to remove the threats so that I could save my computer, but it told me that I must pay to register the program to have the threats removed.

I pulled out my credit card and proceeded to give Malware Catcher my information. Soon, the transaction was complete and I had the full version. Little did I know I had just fallen for an online scam. I soon discovered this little fact because after I installed the full version of Malware Catcher, my computer started to work extremely slowly. Plus, no matter how many times I ran the program the same threats would always appear, even after I had them “removed.”

I was very annoyed once I realized that I had fallen for a scam. But I shook off the shame and started to look for a way to remove Malware Catcher and get my computer some real protection from malware. I shopped and compared antispyware programs and eventually settled on the one that I thought was best.

SpyZooka was the only antispyware I found that was both approved by the Better Business Bureau and guaranteed to remove 100% of spyware and malware. Since it used a robot to search for new malware on millions of websites every day, I knew it would always be up to date. SpyZooka was definitely a good choice. It promptly removed Malware Catcher and a Trojan horse program. Ever since I have been using it, my computer has been working better and it has been malware free.

If you are interested in seeing if Malware Catcher or any other malware has infected your computer, then visit www.spyzooka.com to learn about their free scan. While you are there, you can learn more about why SpyZooka is so great. You’ll discover that they really are the best when it comes to antispyware.
